Meet Dr. Shree

Dr. Shree Vidhya Vijayan is an orthodontist with a BDS and an MDS in Orthodontics, and a Fellowship in Craniofacial Myology & Pediatric Sleep from ICMPS.

Her work looks beyond straight teeth to how a child breathes, grows and sleeps. Palate width, jaw growth and tongue posture shape both the smile and the airway, so she treats them together, as early as it makes sense to.

Structure and breath

Every plan considers the airway, not only alignment.

Early, gentle guidance

Using the growth years to guide jaws while it's easiest.

Clear plans for parents

You'll know what we're watching, and why.

What We Provide

Comprehensive orthodontic solutions categorised by aesthetic alignment and functional foundation.

Aesthetic Alignment

Clear Aligners

Nearly invisible removable trays that move teeth gradually, changed every one to two weeks.

Ceramic Braces

Tooth-coloured brackets that blend with your smile while doing the full work of metal braces.

Self-Ligating Braces

Brackets with a built-in clip instead of elastic ties, for lower friction and fewer adjustment visits.

Lingual Braces

Braces fixed to the tongue side of the teeth, hidden from view while they work.

Functional Foundation

MSE Expansion

A Maxillary Skeletal Expander, anchored with mini-implants, widens the upper jaw in teens and young adults to make room for teeth and the nasal airway.

Myobrace

A pre-orthodontic system for growing children that trains tongue posture, lip seal and nasal breathing.

Myofunctional Therapy

Guided exercises that retrain the tongue, lips and breathing habits that shape how the face grows.

Early Interceptive Orthodontics

A first check around age 7, and gentle guidance while the jaws are still growing and easier to correct.

Pediatric Sleep & Airway Assessment

Screening for mouth breathing, snoring and grinding, with ENT collaboration when it's needed.

Is your child breathing well at night?

Your child's face can give clues. One sign on its own has many explanations, but when several appear together it's worth an assessment of breathing, sleep, tongue posture and jaw growth.

Book an airway assessment
  • Mouth often open at rest
  • Dry or cracked lips
  • Regular snoring or noisy breathing
  • Grinding teeth at night
  • Early or significant crowding
  • Dark circles or a tired look
  • Nose blocked most days
  • Daytime tiredness or poor focus

Early assessment isn't about rushing into treatment. It's about knowing what deserves attention while your child is still growing.
